This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixel, no tag manager, no chat widget and no embedded third-party content. That is also why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to ask you about.

One thing, and only if you start a claim. While you are working through the claim form, your answers are saved in your browser’s session storage so that a reload, a lost signal or an incoming phone call does not wipe out everything you have typed.

• It stays on your device and is not readable by us.
• It is cleared automatically when you close the tab, and immediately when your claim is submitted.
• Your consent tick is never saved — you give it deliberately, each time.

This is not a cookie and is not used to track you. It is a convenience that exists purely so you do not lose your work.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard server logging rather than tracking.
